SELLING TAMPA - Tuesday, August 17

This FREE Monthly event is designed to provide you with an informative program on topics of interest in the Tampa Bay area. Topics will be presented by knowledgeable and experienced people that are making a difference in the quality of life in Tampa Bay.
The event is from 6-8 PM, usually on the Third Tuesday night of the month. BUT please check for details each months. While there is NO cost to attend, attendees will be required to RSVP and present your ticket to be admitted due to limited space availability. The event features Complimentary Appetizers and a Cash Bar.

  • Santiago Corrada, Convention Center, Tourism, Recreation and Cultural Arts Administrator for the City of Tampa
  • Steve Hayes, Executive Vice President, Tampa Bay and Company

Santiago Corrada has the overall management responsibility for the Convention Center, continued oversight of the Parks and Recreation Department, Arts Programs, coordination of major events and is the Mayor’s representative on non-profit boards.He serves on the Boards of Trustees for the Florida Aquarium, Florida Orchestra, Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, Glazer Children’s Museum, Lowry Park Zoo, Museum of Science and Industry, NFL/YET Center, H. B. Plant Museum, Tampa Bay & Company, Tampa Bay History Center, David A. Straz Center for the Performing Arts, Tampa Museum of Art, and Tampa Theatre. He is also an active participant on various oversight committees for these not-for-profit organizations.Tampa Convention Center, a 600,000-square-foot facility located along the Riverwalk in the heart of downtown Tampa.


Steve Hayes has been with Tampa Bay & Company (formerly the Tampa Convention and Visitors Bureau) for twenty years.Tampa Bay & Company leads the effort of economic development through tourism.
